What is God's Business?

God's Business (GB) is an NPO that helps and supports other NPOs. This is why we are affiliated with CUDO in Fish Hoek, Cape Town, whose main aim is to uplift and develop communities in need.

There are normally various NPOs working in communities where there is need. God's Business reaches out to such NPOs to help them in their statutory needs — as the lack thereof is often their downfall.

Willing people and groups are often so focused on giving help that they forget to keep their statutory processes in place, and often did not get the basics in place when they started. If an NPO does not have their statutory processes in place, they are often deregistered — and it becomes impossible to get funding and support.

Who we help

God's Business is focused on new, as well as well-established NPOs. It is important to understand that GB is not funding other NPOs directly. Instead, GB has set up agreements with various well-established professional organisations and people that render services in the market place. GB connects the NPO in need with these businesses, and the needed service is rendered.

GB will pay for these services for a predetermined time to get them started or get them back on track.

Services include

• Basic monthly bookkeeping services
• Yearly accounting services
• SARS registration
• Help with fundraising
• HR services
• IT help
• Various others as the need is identified

Support God's Business

God's Business also needs funding to carry on supporting the above-mentioned services. All donations can be made to CUDO and must be specified to be for God's Business. A tax certificate will be issued for these donations.
